Laser cutting

We can take your CAD drawing or we make one from your sketch and have our laser cut the part on the same day. Besides not having any tooling to wait for to be made, Lasers have the advantage of accurately cutting both complex and simple parts with tight tolerances. More over, this process has the flexibility of cutting from various types of sheet material including wood, plastic, and ½” steel.

CAD Engineering

We have a well experienced crew that can tackle any challenging metal project. Using CAD as a tool for engineering allows us to stay up-to-date with modern manufacturing process.

CNC Machining

Milling, Horizontal Boring, Turning, Drilling, Threading, Lathing, Tapping...

Welding

MIG, TIG, Spot and Stud welding.

Shearing and Cutting

We can shear up to 3/16” thick and up to 10 feet wide sheet metal. Furhermore, we have a 14’-6” Band Saw, Tube Cutters, Bar Cutters, Friction Cutters, and just about any metal cutting machine you can think of.

Bending and Forming

We can bend sheet metal up to 12 feet. We can bend, twist, form and/or radius metal tubing and metal angle.

Cladding

Stainless Steel, Copper and Brass cladding is a popular service that we are very familiar with.

Finishing / Polishing

Our most popular finishes include:

We outsource but routinely include the services of:

Turret Punch Press

We have an Amada Coma Turret Punch Press with a 72 tool turret. This allows us to manufacture repetitive high volume parts. We also have a variety of stand alone punch presses for more simple jobs.

Packing and Shipping

In order to protect your creation during shipping we make sure we have proper packing in place for long or short trips. We make custom crates and use foam, bubble wrap, plastic wrap, brown paper wrap
